Fieldfisher JAUSAS publishes the Review on the Case Law of Complex Financial Products, elaborated on an annual basis by the Banking Litigation Department of Fieldfisher JAUSAS. The aforementioned work analyses all the rulings issued by Provincial Appellate Courts and the Supreme Court during 2017 and the first semester of 2018 regarding complex financial products, including swaps.

This Review aims to provide an intelligible vision of the development of case law on the matter, which includes both statistics and relevant qualitative aspects.
