I have specialised in claimant medical negligence cases on behalf of injured adults and children since 2012.
I deal with a wide variety of cases including birth injuries (cerebral and Erb’s palsy), substandard treatment of spinal injuries (including Cauda Equina Syndrome), failed treatment of strokes, cases involving amputations and negligently performed surgery. I also assist clients in fatalities arising from avoidable errors in medical treatment and represent families at inquest.
I have experience of taking cases to trial and the appeal process. I lecture to the medical profession on clinical negligence issues and am published in PI Focus.
I am passionate about helping clients and their families secure the best possible outcomes, not only in terms of compensation but also by facilitating the rehabilitation process to improve their quality of life.
