I am an Associate in the Serious Injury Team, having joined Fieldfisher in 2019. I act exclusively for people who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries arising from:
- Road traffic accidents
- Air accidents
- Workplace accident
- Claims arising from terrorist attacks
- Highways claims
- Criminal Injuries
I focus from the outset on the financial and rehabilitative needs of my clients. I work hard to secure early access to funds to put in place the package of rehabilitation and support necessary for the injured person to make the best possible recovery. I also have experience representing the families of those tragically killed in accidents at inquests and thereafter in their personal injury claims.
I act for clients who have suffered brain injuries, serious orthopaedic injuries, amputations, serious burn injuries and psychiatric injuries.
As a keen and experienced cyclist, I have particular interest in cases arising from cycling collisions and am well placed to provide specialised advice in this area.
I assist Keith Barrett and Jennifer Buchanan on their mixed high-value practices, as well as running my own mixed practice. I am a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
My aim in all cases is to secure the highest level of compensation so that my clients are supported financially and have access to on-going medical and therapeutic input to allow them to live their lives to the fullest following an accident.
