GB Triathlete back on her bike following road traffic accident

Laura Fidler is a London based Physiotherapist, Coach and GB triathlete. She was cycling home from a training ride on her carbon TT bike when a driver pulled out of her drive without looking and collided with Laura causing a severe cycle accident. Laura was thrown over the handle bars, suffered a nasty concussion and facial injuries. Her bike was damaged beyond repair and she was initially unable to return to work.

We were up against a very tight timescale to get Laura back on her bike and her equipment replaced with the Triathlon European Championships being held only 6 weeks after her accident. Thanks to Laura's grit and determination she was back on her bike very quickly and she will be competing at the European Championships. Her replacement TT bike and equipment was paid for in full by the insurers.

It has been a pleasure to act for Laura and we were able to work together with the Defence very quickly and efficiently in Laura's case to bring her case to a successful conclusion very quickly. Being a high end triathlete, it was important that all aspects of her case were considered by a solicitor who has an expertise in cycling claims.
