I assist French and foreign companies from many sectors including industry, insurance, retail, tourism or IT on all aspects of individual and collective labour relations.
I work on both advisory and contentious matters and has significant experience on issues relating to restructuring, relations with trade unions and staff representatives and work time.
After completing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at INSEEC Bordeaux, I obtained a master's degree in Business Law and Practice, with a major in Employment Law and Human Resources, at HEAD.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a legal trainee in Employment Relations at Sephora and as a trainee in Human Resources and Legal Affairs at Solvay. I was also a trainee in charge of Human Resources at Fayat Metal.
