I advise clients on all aspects of EU and UK data protection compliance, including direct marketing, data protection contract terms, impact assessments and issues surrounding the handling of children's data. My practice also extends to wider technology regulation as well as consumer regulation work, particularly where there is a crossover between data subject transparency and consumer contract terms for a product / service.
The clients I work with sit across a variety of sectors, including gaming, technology and life sciences. I have also spent time on secondment at a media company, a consumer goods company and a public sector organisation.
I am a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe) (CIPP/E).
