I have nearly 20 years' experience in banking and financial regulation and asset management and advise credit institutions, investment firms, management companies, insurance companies and financial intermediaries on matters relating to their establishment, organisation, relations with supervisory authorities, and the structuring and distribution of their services and products.
I have also developed a recognized expertise in blockchain and crypto-actives and advised many issuers on their ICOs, some of the most significant in France, as well as on STOs. I also assist major players in this ecosystem with developing and operating blockchain and collaborated with the regulators and legislators in the drafting of the Pact Law on ICOs and Digital Asset Service Providers (PSANs).
The FS practice is classified as Band 2 in the Chambers "FinTech" Legal guides, as Band 2 "Bank Regulatory" and as Band 4 "Bank and Finance" in Legal 500 EMEA.
I am a member of the AFG (Association Française de la Gestion Financière) and participate in the work of the Innovation Commission. I am also a correspondent of ANACOFI (Association Nationale des Conseillers Financiers) and co-legal director of FD2A (French Digital Asset Association).
